The place was beautiful styled and everything we could have wanted or needed was thought of and available. The linens and towels were fresh and plentiful, great light and space and style perfectly. But was easy to settle into and feel immediately comfortable in. The pantry and fridge were well stocked, with some lovely goodies and there was even a s’mores kit for the fire pit!!
Jet came down and introduced us to the horses and friendly wallabies.
The only thing I’d change for our next stay is to stay longer than one night!

It is the little details that counts; the owner knows how to bring out the best of the house.... read more The wine choice, the fire camp, marshmallow, kitchen tools, e-guide book, music choice, the growing switch light makes it easy to find in the dark, and etc. Everything is well DESIGNED. Lastly the price is fair, does not try to rip you off like any other luxury Airbnb.

Furnishings were modern and the linen bedding and down pillows made for a very comfortable sleep. Bathroom products were high end. The setting was peaceful and so relaxing. Our girls got to spend some time with their horses which was an unexpected bonus and a great treat. The location is great if you want peace and tranquility. There’s even a chance to sit around the outdoor fire pit and refine your “toasting marshmallow” skills and have a great conversation or be hypnotised by the flames of the fire. We would definitely stay again.

Loved exploring the bay nearby and communing with the myriad of sea creatures and settling in with a bottle of red in the evenings and pouring over all the good books. Some great walks nearby. We did the Cape Raoul walk (about 17k return) and appreciated a well stocked kitchen to cook up a pasta when we got back. Port Arthur is also close and worth a visit. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Thank you Rachel and Jet for a blissful stay!

Wonderful spot to view the stars around the firepit. Highly recommended.

The photos and... read more description don’t really do this place justice - incredible location both for sightseeing and standalone, contemporary architecture which envelops beautiful spaces equipped in the most tasteful and thoughtful manner ensuring comfort and relaxation. Our hosts leant us an infra red torch to spot night time wildlife and despite our best efforts, we were constantly sidetracked by the Milky Way which hung with such clarity above us.
Thankyou Jet and Rachel for the consideration you showed us during our stay, and for building such a distinctive treasure in the huge enviable ‘back yard’ you are lucky enough to call home.

The hosts were very... read more welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. One of the things that really stood out to me about this Airbnb was the attention to detail. Every aspect of the home has been carefully crafted to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. In terms of amenities, you have everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped all you need to prepare your own meals, even with breakfast ingredients ready in the fridge, such as eggs and bread. A nice fruit and cheese platter was waiting for us upon entry. The lounge has very comfortable seating and it's the perfect place to enjoy a sunset over the water. The serene surroundings, complete with cute wallabies that would come to the garden, really made me feel like I was in a different world. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
